Anyways, I kept going and it took a couple of weeks until I finally got used to it. It doesn’t hurt anymore, I only feel my muscles hurt because they’re burning!

Before purchasing this product, I’ve read heaps of reviews to ensure I’m making the right decision. I’m glad I bought it. The DVDs are great tutorials too. I workout alone in the house but it feels like I’m with a group in the gym.
